Support
Something not working, or a question the app didn't answer? Email support@saveset.fit and we'll get back to you. Including your iPhone model, iOS version, and a screenshot makes it much faster to sort out.
A scan came out wrong
Scanning is a best-effort read of an image, and handwriting on a whiteboard is the hardest case there is. A few things that help:
- Get the whole workout in frame, square-on, with as little glare as possible.
- Crop out surrounding clutter — leaderboards and class schedules next to the workout tend to get pulled in.
- Edit the parsed result before saving. Every scan opens in an editor for exactly this reason, and fixing a line there is faster than rescanning.
An Instagram or TikTok link didn't import
Imports read the caption of a public post. If the post is private, has been deleted, or puts the workout only in the video rather than the caption, there is nothing for SaveSet to parse. Screenshotting the workout and scanning the image is the reliable fallback.
I've hit my monthly limit
Scans and AI requests are metered per month and reset on a monthly cycle. Logging workouts is unlimited on every plan, including the free one — only scanning and AI are capped. You can see your remaining quota in the app, and upgrade from the subscription screen if you want a higher limit.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple. Cancel or change them in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
If you subscribed on the web instead, open the billing portal from the subscription screen in the app to manage it.
Deleting your account
Settings → Account → Delete Account removes your account and its data from our servers. It cannot be undone, so export your workouts first if you want to keep them — the export option is in the same Settings area and produces JSON or CSV.
Nothing is syncing
SaveSet saves to your phone first and syncs when it can, so your workouts are not lost while you are offline. If sync seems stuck, check that you are signed in and connected, then reopen the app — pending changes are sent on launch and in the background. If it stays stuck, email us and mention roughly when it started.
